General Site FAQ's
- Go to https://bouncejobcoach.com/
- At the top-right of the screen, click the “Sign Up” option
- Enter your information (When writing your “Nickname” make sure not to include any spaces)
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click “Create Account”
- You will be sent an email to confirm your email address. Follow the email prompts to confirm.
- That’s it! you can now log into your account.
Don’t worry, lock outs are not permanent. If you’re receiving a message that you’ve been locked out, just wait 15 minutes, then try again.
Make sure you are logged into the website. You can do this by looking at the top righthand side of the screen. If you see the words “sign in”, click the button and complete the sign in process. Now check the courses page to see if you are enrolled.
If you are subscribed to a group and you need to find it, follow these steps:
- Go to https://bouncejobcoach.com/
- Click “Sign In” in the top right-hand side of the screen and enter your login information
- Once you’re logged in, in the top right, click your name to view the drop-down menu
- Then click “Groups” – this will take you to your group where you can view other members, ask questions, and access the course.

Are you Purchasing multiple seats for your company?
If you are purchasing for your company and wish to purchase multiple seats, please reach to to Teri Britschgi, our VP of Operations, via teri@bounceglobal.net
Has your company already purchased a seat for you?
If you’re company has already purchased a seat for you and you wish to get started, you will have been provided with a discount code to use during the check out process of the course. Please follow these instructions to enrol yourself.
- Go to https://bouncejobcoach.com/
- Click “Courses” in the menu at the top of the screen and select “Job Coach Certification”
- Click “Take this Course” then select “Add to cart”
- Enter your special 100% discount code here (this will make sure you are not charged for the course)
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your information to finalise the process.
- Once the process is finalised you will be logged into your account and also be enrolled in the Job Coach Certification
Want to purchase the course for yourself?
If you’re wanting to purchase the program for yourself, just follow these simple steps:
- Go to https://bouncejobcoach.com/
- Click “Courses” in the menu at the top of the screen and select “Job Coach Certification”
- Click “Take this Course” then select “Add to cart”
- Proceed to the checkout and finalise the payment process
- Once the process is finalized you will be logged into your account and also be enrolled in the Job Coach Certification
- Go to https://bouncejobcoach.com/ and log into your account
- Click on the “Courses” tab at the top of the page
- Scroll down and select “Job Coach Certification”
- Click the “Start” or “Continue” button on the right side
Try trouble shooting the problem with these steps:
- Check your junk folder. The email may just have got a little lost.
- Your email address may have been typed incorrectly when creating your account. try creating your account again. If you account is successfully created, the problem is solved. If you receive an error stating that the email address is already in use, try step 3.
